As an attractive Swiss management consulting and software company with offices in Germany and Portugal, we are a trusted partner for financial / public services. In Zurich we are looking for a skilled and ambitious personality as Senior Solution Architect / Product Owner / Public Sector (m/f/d).
Your roles:
- Product Owner: Manage the product backlog; Develop, align and communicate a clear product strategy that meets the long-term direction and business goals of our customers.
- Project Manager: Plan, review and improve processes & coach development team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Business Analyst: Define problem statements, analyse the as-is and derive business and tech requirements in alignment with project stakeholders; Closely collaborate with our clients and internal dev teams to design high-impact solutions and best-in-class processes that meet business objectives.
What we expect:
- At least 5 years of relevant practical experience in the IT environment, business analyses, process engineering….
- Methodological competence, Hermes Certification.
- Experience in a client-facing role, planning and facilitating workshops with business, architecture and tech stakeholders.
- Understanding of process engineering & automation use case design.
- Understanding of tax/public sector processes.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Preferred: Experience in public sector projects, with data-centric case management software or/ and in data analytics.
